Marcospets further retains the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately and without notice cancel your Account, club registration, access to any Site and the related offers, or any component thereof.If we exercise those rights, we won’t be liable to you or any other third party. You might not have an Account or any other kind of membership privileges on the applicable Site after termination. Our property rights, warranty disclaimers, indemnities, liability restrictions, and other terms shall survive any termination. If at all possible, we may further send notice of termination via regular mail or email.

You agree that marcospets and/or its third-party service providers may also collect, use, save, and transmit personally identifiable information about you, including information about your computer, mobile device, tablet, operating system, software, and peripheral hardware, in order to facilitate the purchase of products, product support, and other offerings we may also offer you.Please review our Privacy Policy to learn more about how we use personal data. Goods and service purchases

If marcospets rejects an order, your credit/debit card or bank account won’t typically be charged; however, marcospets will process a refund if payment has already been made to your credit/debit card or bank account for a rejected order.

Terms of payment

You can change your credit card information by logging into your account and viewing your account details if you need to apply a different credit card than the one you initially agreed to use during registration or your purchase, or if your credit card’s validity or expiration date has changed. You should be aware that you may no longer be able to make Purchases on the Sites if your credit card expires and you don’t change your credit card information or deactivate your account.

If you fail to pay any amounts when due under this Agreement and such failure continues for thirty (30) days after written notice thereof, marcospets will be entitled to suspend the delivery of products or services in addition to all other remedies available under this Agreement or at law (which marcospets does not longer waive by exercising any rights hereunder). You may not withhold payment of any sums that are due and payable because of a claim or disagreement with marcospets, whether the claim or disagreement relates to a breach by marcospets, its financial situation, or something else entirely.

Price and product details

Marcospets is unable to guarantee that any certain goods, services, or prices will always be available. Resale

You are not permitted to sell, fulfill, offer, or deliver any goods in any fashion or through any channel. If you don’t follow the obligations of this Section, marcospets may immediately restrict, prevent, or ban income to you.

Marcospets reserves the right to restrict or revoke sections that have been purchased. Orders made using the same credit/debit card, bank account, or billing and/or shipping address may also be subject to restrictions.Marcospets will try to contact you via the email and/or billing address you provided in your order if the company changes your order, but Marcospets disclaims any responsibility or liability in the event that you do not get one of these tried notifications. Shipping and handling

Prior to shipment, any modifications or cancellations must be made. We are unable to exchange or cancel an order once an item has arrived. Prescription medications are filled through Vetsource, a third-party accredited pharmacy.

Prescription drugs can only be supplied to a street address (home, business, etc.) because of national and federal regulations. It is not possible to send them to a P.O. Box. It is usually possible to introduce prescription goods without a signature. But there are some exceptions. Breeders of dogs: Some things (such as controlled substances and medications that require refrigeration) must be traced and signed for.

Marcospets and our suppliers are not responsible for any cargo delays, losses, or damages during transportation. Marcospets and/or providers may provide you a portion of the Purchases at their sole discretion without incurring any costs or penalties. You must pay for the items shipped whether they fulfill your order completely or in part since each shipment counts as a separate transaction. Upon delivery of the goods to the location specified in the Purchase, title and the risk of loss transfer to you.

Sales and taxes

Marcospets must abide by the income and use tax laws in the states where it conducts business. A purchase is subject to tax in countries that levy a sales or use tax unless specifically exempt by law. Even though marcospets is not required to collect income or use tax from any specific jurisdiction, some purchases are subject to tax. Because Marcospets no longer collects the tax from you at the time of Purchase, your Purchase is NOT free from tax.Furthermore, just because your purchase was made via the telephone, the Internet, a catalog, or another distant method does not make it exempt. You will be entirely liable for any taxes that are not currently being collected through Marcospets, and some jurisdictions may also require you to (i) file an annual sales/use tax return outlining any taxable purchases that are not currently subject to tax and (ii) pay the applicable tax. You should get in touch with the appropriate taxes authority for more information. If Marcospets is required to collect income or use tax as part of a purchase, the amount of the tax will either be shown up front or be reflected in the final confirmation of the purchase.

Products that are missing or damaged, returns, and exchanges

Log into your account, go to My Orders, click on Past Orders, choose the item for refund (repute must be completed), and then select the appropriate reason from the drop-down list in the refund request area to submit a request for a refund for a missing or damaged item, or to return or exchange a product.

Unreturned or flawed goods

Only if the request is submitted within five (5) business days of receiving the product will refunds be given for products that were damaged during shipping, shipped incorrectly, or shipped quickly. You can choose how often you’d want to be introduced to your product(s) when you sign up for marcospets’s AutoShip domestic delivery service. You’re signing up for continual shipments of your favourite goods. Along with your shipment address, payment method, and the items included in the software, you are also free to change your shipping schedule at any moment (including once). breeders of dogs, By joining AutoShip, you also agree to the following extra terms:

Order creation, order changes, and order cancellation notifications

You will receive a notification that your subscription has been formed and that your first order will be processed when you place your first order for a product and sign up for AutoShip. Your initial order might be processed right quickly, and the order could be charged using the payment method you chose at that time. Until you cancel, your AutoShip membership will then automatically produce a new order in accordance with your chosen shipment schedule. Order cancellations are permitted up to three (3) days before the next delivery date that is scheduled.
